Text of Complaint by Inderjeet Singh:

Hi,

 

My name is Inderjeet Singh and phone number is 9646457122. I have ported my number from.  Vodafone to airtel . I am not getting the proper speed and as per the speed test, it is showing 1.02 Mbps and it was 4 Mbps till yesterday. When I called customer care and had a word with rep Simran.

She told me that she raised a request and it will take 4 days. Asked her about the compensation for 4 days.. She said that her senior supervisor will check it. Asked her to transfer the chat to supervisor and she transferred me in the same queue without even knowing it. Then I had a word with shalu.

Then agent was calm. Told her about the concern and asked her to update the notes as I am escalating this issue to consumer court for the agent and supervisor. How come no supervisor and managers were not available.
