I ordered Doctor soft slippers from amazon of maroon color on 10th May and due to fit issues, I requested exchange but it was denied by delivery person stating that I don’t have box. I made multiple requests and finally the slippers were picked up but mistakenly my sister provided blue color slippers of same size/brand (which was ordered as separate order). The slippers were received by delivery team but they are neither provided refund, not exchanging it and stating that your item will be discarded. This is human error, many times delivery teams have delivered wrong item, damaged boxes, items without proper packaging but we as customers have to accept. Do we as customers will be penalized with full amount of the item here. Please help, I am attaching the tracking ID and order ID of slippers ordered.
