Slice debited two times of my bill amount but not yet refunded and i didn’t get any support from customer service

Text of Complaint by Mubeen Ahamed:

On 5th August i was payed using slice at ibaco, as the bill was around 201 but i was debited by slice as 393. On that day i made a help from slice but it been a two weeks they didn’t responded yet. I need my amount to be refunded and i need a compensation. I hereby attached the bill and proper documents regarding this issue.
