I have taken loan of INR 17000 from Slicepay during Covid-19 situation for my medical emergency and repaid INR 4000 to Slicepay however due to my medical conditions I’m unable to repay the remaining loan amount and I lost my job too so I unable to pay the remaining amount, after that I got so many calls, emails and what’Sapp messages from slice and unknown numbers regarding slice repayment daily they used to call and text me more than 10 times, and threatening that they will call my relative reagarding this and inform local police station and even go to court and file a criminal case against me and even they called my friend and they are harassing daily and threatening to black list my aadhar card and pan card, I asked them a time to repay but they are not even bothered of customers all they need is to recover a money by any means and threatening to send a recovery agent to my parents, I dont know who given rights to them to come my parents, in this please help me how do I deal with hope I will be getting suitable response thank you
