I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an online shopping website, https://sleepberry.shop/, for delivering a completely incorrect product and for maintaining suspicious and misleading contact details.
I had placed an order for two sets of nightdress worth ₹998 from the above-mentioned website. However, instead of the ordered items, I received a ZARA pant (size 21), which has absolutely no relation to my order.
Further, upon attempting to contact the seller, I observed the following serious concerns:
The email communication received appears to be fake or non-responsive.
No valid contact number is provided on the website.
There is no proper customer support or grievance redressal mechanism available.
The website appears misleading and potentially fraudulent.
Due to the above issues, I am unable to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, causing me financial loss and mental harassment.
I request the Honorable Authority to kindly take necessary action against the said website and help me obtain a refund of ₹998 along with appropriate action under consumer protection laws to prevent further fraud against other consumers.
