My complaint is about very disappointing refund policy !!
I have done payment on 22th of January 2023,evening for pre book amount which is 5000Rupees and just after two days my plan got changed since my family is not yet support me & also I want to cancel my admission then I requested to skill lync for refund amount .
Then i talked one-to-one with the loan providing company named Eduvanz for cancelling my loan disbursement. They told me to wait till the issue get resolved…but when i reached their helpline nos. they were unavailable.
They replied me back one day after the loan got disbursed.
Immediately, I raised a ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by this is best course for career with higher , refund policy, etc. The person closed my ticket from their website and she agreed to let me talk to higher authority..
Again no response for four days !!
Now when i talked to higher mgmt person, stating everything from start till end. I told her about my financial issues and that I won’t be able to pay the loans on time…I EVEN agreed to continue some short-duration (low budget) course but she denied and tried to convince me by saying about higher CTCs, job guarantees after completing the course, etc.
Now since I haven’t started the course and emi is also not deducted, I request you to resolve the issue and spare me from financial burden.I am trying to cancel my admission.They are saying we are still working on this issue please wait,but it’s almost completed one month but they didn’t respond properly.
