Text of Complaint by Vinit Kumar Srivastav:

I am Vinit Kumar Srivastav currently living in Dehradun , at first an sales associate in skill Lync named Shashank ojha called me to take course, firstly I rejected the proposal but then he offered me to give free MacBook with the course and said it’s a ONE TIME payment course which will help you in further job placement, and said the maximum amount to be paid will be 10500 approximately, looking at the offer and my poor financial background I agreed to this course in hopes of landing dream job.

after the conversation they asked me to send the documents like Aadhar, pan, bank passbook, for registration. i send those to them.

after some days eduvanz representative called me to submit the missing document. eduvanz is a loan financial partner, i am immediately called to skill Lync what is happening with my documents. I am not interested to join in these courses/loans, please cancel it, after that they said you don’t fear, we are taking care of all your payments, and you don’t have to pay more amount then 10500. And no loan has been taken in your name.
the first payment they took was my booking amount of 5000 and then the amount of 5228 which was taken after 2 months of first payment, everything was fine till December, on 5 dec 2022 amount of 10228 was deducted from my bank, I conveyed this information to shashank and he told me the amount will be refunded as soon as possible but the payment was never refunded

i have raised the course cancellation request as they promised that it was a cancellation program and all my amount paid will refunded and I tried to contact sales associate Shashank but he blocked me on all platforms after saying he is going through refund process, but it never got through
they did not say at the time of joining there is no cancellation policy.
i have also contacted customer care team(8939850851) also but they said that we are still working on your issue but they have not replied yet.
I have been constantly mentally harassed by eduvanz and skill lync team to pay EMI and at this point it is affecting my credit score I never enrolled to pay amount of 10228 monthly
They are not responding to my problems and I don’t know till when this loan payment cycle will be going
Initially they were calling me daily regarding purchase of course and now they have stopped even responding to calls.
