I am Sathwik Raju from Andharpradesh, I am from a lower middle class family. My friend has gave my number to the skill lync sales member named Vijitha Reddy, I have told her that i have no money for paying the emi she told me to pay only 3 months then we will provide you paid interships so that you can pay through those money don’t worry so I have enrolled to the course i am also not a working professional for that she said tell the finance department they will call that you are working in a small store and your salary is 20k and you are getting salary by hand then they will give you the course i tried to negotiate with her i can’t do that. then she said she will manage that there eduvanz called me regarding loan i told her about this she said it is their partner company she will take care of that after paying 1st emi after 5 days someone from skill lync called and said that there will me no paid internships you have to pay the rest of the amount, i immediately called her about that and asked her to cancel the course and i am not interested about that she said do not worry we will show you placement in 4 months if complete the course i said i don’t want any of this and also i raised a ticket about that. After 4 days she called me and said there is no cancellation and i asked her why don’t you tell me before joining these are the tactics of sales persons they don’t tell anything about cancellation policy and she is also resigned from skill lync and asked me to join course in new company that she has joined in then she will help me get out of the skill lync i simply ignored her and asked many times about cancellation. she is not responding skill lync called me about the ticket i have raised they also not listening to my issue simply closing the ticket as resolved they also told me if i raise again with this issue it will got auto resolved. i did paid 3 emis till now i skipped 3 emis and now some advocate called me said they will raise complaint for check bouncing section 138 i literally begged him to don’t spoil my career please help me with this issue.
