Sir my Flipkart order id is– OD226720075119080000 product name is HERE&NOW Full Sleeve Colorblock Men Jacket
And my order delivered date is 11/12/2022
Sir completed 4 month and Flipkart not approved my return request and multiple times rejected and my product issue is – wrong item and different brand
Please help me and return to my product and refund my money please
I had placed an Order for a Realme AC on 21.05 for Kolkatalocation. Right after placing Order, I tried to cancel it, as I saw the pricehad reduced. However Flipkart did not allow me to cancel even before gettingdelivery, even after I contacted their customer care twice. Reluctantly, I hadto take delivery on 25th May. I had scheduled the date ofinstallation as 27th May. Someone called up to confirm my address on27th May morning, I repeatedly told them, that I dont have time other than 27th May, but no one turned up and the installation callwas unexpectedly CANCELLED from service center. When I called up thetechnician repeatedly, he answered my call, and said, he does not know, when hewill come for installing. I called up so called “Jeeves” who have no operationsin Kolkata and run through a reputed fraudulent and cheat company “CoolingPlus”, who not only care to provide any update to customer but are extremelyrude in their communications, if at all they answer calls. God knows for whatthey throw so much attitude, BUT NOW THEY HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE THIS ON AN EGOTRIP AND HARASS ME. I do not want to get into this fist fight, hence I have givena return request, please take this phatichaar company AC and refund my money,failing which I have not option but to take legal steps. I will not let such aphatichaar Real me AC hang from my wall, whose Kolkata operations are providedby a nasty so called cheat company “Cooling Plus”. I am not going to leave anystone unturned to spread this on social media as well. I understand Realme hasno operations in Kolkata either sales or service and they are totally dependenton these fraudulent bania shops, who have no idea of providing any service.
