I am airtel black customer with DTH ID: 3061963613-001, on 11-08-2024 started using airtel both DTH and WIFI. After two days DTH is started not working promptly. However, WIFI is working fine. Same i started complain from the day 15-08-2024. But up to now issue is not resolved. During my self inspection it came to know i.e single dish arranged for two customers during DTH installation. This very unknowing. I reached airtel customer care nearly 30 times upto now still issue not resolved. Every time i am getting calls from customer care, but no one is resolved the issue. some times i am getting calls from service person but there are not attending to rectify the issue. They are saying it not our role. I written mail to nodal officer also but no use.
