Text of Complaint by Shivendra Tiwari:

My set-top box isn’t working, so I called Tata Play to report it. They called me back several times, but instead of helping me, they transferred the call to their senior. They also tricked me by saying that they had generated a refund request and that services would resume right away, but as of today, October 25, services haven’t begun. Additionally, they altered the OTT subscriptions without notifying me and deducted money without providing any explanation. This is utter fraud, and when I call to ask for a refund, they hang up.

OTT content and android box (set top box) are not working since 14th Oct till date 25th Oct
