Since last 9 months i been following with IDEA and VODAFONE but no one is giving me a response to clear my payment, I had even escalated this to CEO of VODAFOE but no response and no resolution received yet.
We From Buhari hotel at Purasaiwakkam holding couple numbers, In which we have deactivated few numbers but for those deactivated numbers also they charged and requested us to pay the whole amount even after deactivating this
I have also requested them to wave off the fine charges since we been following to clear payment from the last 8 months.
I have attached all the emails FYR, the Relationship officer Mr.T.Karthik who suppose to handle this he never ever attended call and responded through email, I have also tried to reach these person through collection executive all are says that they are not able to check and provide the resolution for this.
I seriously got frustrated with these follow up and responses, I almost tried reach them till now 1000 times through calls and more than 100 emails i sent till now.
