Since last 3/4 days my airtel sim doesn’t show any network.
I tried
to restart the mobile,
To insert sim in another slot,
To insert sim in another phone.
But still I don’t see any network on it,
I did recharge for whole year and it’s validity is till November 2023, then why I am facing issue like this ?
I am very frustrated and tried to call customer care from another number but no one is responding over there.

I am outside the India now and I have only that sim to contact to my family, friends and relatives in India.

I want this to be fixed Asap.

Similar incident happened with one of my friends 2 months back, customer care people told that sim is corrupted and have to take new sim and the person should be there.
Why the hell we should come to India only for that reason ? Who will pay the flight tickets n all.
And how the sim get corrupted even. This is not at all expected from Airtel.
