Dear Tata Binge team
I have shared with you all the attachments the recharged bill copy, transaction history everything. With all details. Then where has the recharged amount gone. Don’t play blank shots without refering. Please check all attachments then answer. Don’t cheat the old customer.
Reminder: It is very unfortunate to say that since 7 days I am continuously following your customer care for recharge Nothing has been till day. Nobody is serious. Nobody is ready to study understand the issues.
I am still receiving messages for renewal. I have shared all details in this mobile. I am now frustrated after continuous follow up and your customer service or account department is not unable to resolve the issue even after promt payment.

I have one more mobile number 976991006. No subscriber id named dinesh. Mail id dineshvkotian@gmail.com. This is my alternate number shared with you.
For tata binge I had recharged ₹299/- on 03rd December 2022. Receipt and transaction details attached.
Tata bing is recharged using my alternate number 9769910006. No subscriber id is created o this number. On this same number I have been recharging since 3 months. That is from October to December 2022.
When I check on mobile the transaction history on this number different id are created for 3 months. Attached screenshot for your reference..
Please understand the case and deal check properly and I want it to be resolved today itself as case pending since 3 days.
Sorry to say if not resolved by today i may need to go further complain to the customer cell department.
