This is Ratul Ghosh and I have opted for Professional Certificate Course In Data Analytics.
I have been continuously trying to reach out Simplilearn regarding the cancellation of my course for the past 30 days now. Every team member I chat with only try to delay my request by saying that the refund department is on leave for 4-5 days and will get back to you as soon as possible. How can such a big company’s department is on leave for the past 10-12 days?

I cannot continue with the course anymore because I am going through some FINANCIAL INSTABILITY and there has been a DEMISE in the family recently. I have only received one call from Simplilearn till now and they RIGIDLY just told me that I have to continue with my course anyway and I have to pay the EMI’s no matter what. Simplilearn’s salesmen had made some BIG FALSE PROMISES to me regarding the refund and cancellation policies. He said that the refund policy lasts for 1 month and the cancellation policy is there whenever I plan to stop. But now your team at Simplilearn “simply” disregard my request and your people on call have been very RUDE.

I don’t want a single penny I have paid for the course till now, I just want to opt for cancellation of my course. It’s a humble request from my side to please look into this matter and help me out as I am going through some financial issues in the family. It’s been a long time now and I can’t pay anymore instalments.
