Hello Everyone,
I took a Job guarantee coarse from Simplilearn and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the course I recently enrolled in and to request a refund because its a legal scam.
I enrolled in the course with the expectation of gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the subject matter. However, I have encountered several issues that have made it difficult for me to continue with the course:
1. Learning and AI-Generated Content: The most important parts of the course appear to be self-learning modules and AI-generated content, which I have found challenging to follow and understand. These materials lack the clarity and guidance I expected from a structured learning program.
2. Frequent Course Updates: It has been frustrating to experience frequent updates to the course content immediately after I finish a module. These updates disrupt my learning process and make it challenging to keep up with the course.
3. Misalignment of Tests:The tests provided do not align well with the content covered in the classes. This disconnect has made it difficult for me to adequately prepare for and perform well on assessments.
4. Lack of Job Guarantee: I was initially attracted to the course based on the promise of job opportunities upon completion. However, I have not received any meaningful job support or guarantees. The suggestion to update my LinkedIn profile is not a concrete job placement assistance.
5. Difficulty with Projects: The projects assigned as part of the course are challenging, and I have found them to be inadequately explained in the classes. This lack of guidance has made it nearly impossible to complete them successfully.
Due to these issues, I regret to inform you that the course has not met my expectations, and I am dissatisfied with my learning experience. As such, I kindly request a refund for the course fee.
When I wrote to them back they just write sorry and giving stupid solutions which never works
