Hello
I enrolled for simplilearn Automation Job gurantee programm.
Before enrollment the learning consultant call me every one hour to join the course so I joined the course. At the time of joining also he provided me all the wrong information like he said i can cancel the course after listening to classes for two weeks. They made me apply loan through propelld and loan got approved and disbursed into their account next day. After enrollment he stopped answering my calls even though he is in online in whatsapp he stopped answering my calls. I asked him to change my batch he said give me your email id i gave he said by EOD we will let you know but i didn’t get any information regarding my batch change from him or from simplilearn. Even i called him he stopped answering my calls I felt very frustrated and asked him to cancel my course i literally begged him to answer my calls and reply to my messages. Now the simplilearn team is saying i can’t cancel the course because it is not under their policy. Now they are asking proofs of his agent telling we can cancel the course after listening to classes i do not have any idea that simplilearn agents will change their words so that i have to record every call. As per consumer act we can cancel the course from 14days of attending the class but they have their own policies. I have one question one can get to know about the course only after he listen to some classes how can you make your own policies . I didn’t attend for single class the learning consultant ignored me after my loan got disbursed. Its been 3 months still my issue is not solved nobody from simplilearn helping me they are saying we can’t cancel. Now the loan agents are calling me everyday and asking me to pay the emi. My life was mentally ruined and please cancel my course . Here i am attaching the screenshots of how the learning consultant ignored me. Please cancel my course my financial position also very bad i can’t pay my emi of 7333/- per month.
