So, I received a refund for cancelled tickets of rs. 2430 which became credits in the simpl app and were going to be adjusted against future payments. Few days later I booked another tickets for rs 942.12. Now if we do calculation I should have Credits of rs. 1487.88 but it was showing 529 which is almost 1000 rupees less. And now that I Booked more tickets using the simpl pay later option for rs. 2032. I got a bill of 1502.12 but as per actual calculation (2032-1487.88) should be 544.12. And I am being charged extra almost 1000 rs. Which is very unfair and wrong. And when I complained about this to support team, there were no proper response.
