On 15.03.2023 I got OTP from AX-SMPLPY (SIMPL PAY) to authorise Zomato purchase, even though I have never used or created any account with Simpl pay. This transaction is not done by me.

I also received the otp and I don’t have any account with simpl. I approached to the Simple team through email but they are such a fool person not understanding the Sensitivity of the issue. They also don’t have any contact number available so that quick resolution can be received.
I have also received the same type of message containing OTP, not sure what to do now
