On Feb 25th I received an automated call from Simpl, telling that someone is trying to change my mobile number in Simpl so I need to type a code received to my msg. I typed the code, later an amount of 4497/- is been used by someone from my Simpl account for a purchase in Digital Reliance. There is no available contact number for Simpl Customer Care. After many attempts of contacting them by mail they replied me to contact Reliance Digital as there are the merchants. I called Reliance Digital and was informed that since my number is not registered with them, they can’t do anything and contact Simpl. But again after contacting Simpl, there is no response from their end till date.
