I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent bill that I received, which appears to have been generated in error. Upon reviewing the details, I have discovered that the bill does not pertain to my account or any services I have availed from your company.

I would like to request immediate assistance in rectifying this matter. Upon thorough examination of my account records, I can confirm that I have not utilized any services or made any transactions for the specified amount during the billing period mentioned. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter to ensure that my account is accurately reflected and that any potential billing discrepancies are resolved.

To assist you in investigating and resolving this issue, I have attached a copy of the erroneous bill for your reference.

I kindly request that you conduct a thorough review of my account records and take the necessary steps to correct the billing error promptly. Please update me on the progress of this investigation.

But Till now they did not investigated after providing the proof that the transition done from Simpl pay team not my me.
