There was a free offer for existing customers in an app nursery online- since I am an old customer.
I agreed to receive the free gift, and then they informed me that an additional fee would be charged for shipping. Follow which I cancelled my order through email. But since then I am receiving numerous messages from simpl app and asking me to make a payment. They are harassing me to make UPI payment or else they will 3 times hefty fine
