Few days ago I received a sms from simpl saying that I have to pay 1400+ Rs for payment to Zomato. I applied some coupons for payment of some food items and the money has already been debited from my account. Now this fraud app is asking me to pay this amount as I used simpl and I have never used this app in my life. Just used the coupon that’s it. No consent was asked from me for any loans as mentioned by simpl. Now simpl is threatening to lodge enquiry against me. Please help what to do?
