On the 5/07 ive purchased a vodafone prepaid simcard in chania greece, in the store ive been told its a simple activation, no one mentioned it should take a day or 2 to activate.
Im traveling only for a limited days so waiting a day or 2 is ridicolous and if ive known i wouldn’t have bought it.
In order to activate you need to fill a form, and send 2 pictures, After sending the files it took 2 days for a reply that the form ive filed is not corrects (the only form in english that there was)
I tried to fill another one, and even a form that has been sent to me via email by vodafone, but they insisted that i fill the one in greek.
Each time ive tried contacting support, its a ling chat and all i get from it is we will let our colleagues know you are in a hurry with no assistance.
Trying to call the assist phone number, the automated answer is in greek and is not understandble to me.
Its bow been 4 days since the purchase and i still don’t have a working simcard.
Im traveling so i dont have accssess to a vodafone or any other store right now.
