Sir,

I had ported my SIM from airtel delhi(9560418849)  to airtel punjab on 8th September 2019(approx).My old sim ( airtel delhi) had stop working on 15th september and network cover on my new sim ( airtel delhi).when I want to verify my identity from customer care (which is mandatory for activation of new sim), airtel  voice service(199) told that you will switch off and on your mobile after 30 minutes. I had done switch of and on, but this event repeated several times. After that I am trying to recharge ( FRC) my no, but FRC is not successful. I contact airtel  customer care service 8-10 times within these 2 months. All the times they suggested us to FRC of different amount. I had done this but this is not successful.I have also mailed at 121@airtel.com but reply came that this email is not registered with your account. Customer care didn’t give me my complain no.

 I have a great loss due to stop my old no.
I request you, please solve my problem as soon as possible, so that I use my no.
