Date 14Nov 18. I have 1826.9 MB of data balance valid till midnight, according to MyAirtel App on my cellphone, through *121# , and also through*121*51#{as directed by customer care agent after so many aattempts made mby me to solve this issue}.
But i call 2 times in care {121} and 1st person, some Mr.Deepak said that he is just sending setting for 4G in my phone and after that i will be able to use internet and call got disconnected, but after that i didnot recieve any settings.
2nd time they said i dont have any data remaining for my number.
The funny fact is that my last recharge was of Rs 92 for 6 GB data on 8Nov 18 with valodity of 7 days and day-wise usage of data, as confirmed by care is as follows:-
8Nov – 900MB
9Nov – 200MB
10Nov – 300MB
11Nov – 1200MB
12Nov – 1600MB
13Nov – 1200MB
14Nov – 176MB
Total of which becomes = 5576MB
And pack data =6GB = 6144MB
So the balance towards airtel is = 568 MB
