Text of Complaint by Ajo Sibichan:

I had purchased a SIM from vodafone 8 years ago.  When I am taking my SIM they are providing me life time validity and service.

But Now without any notice, they have changed the validity and every month they are forcing us to recharge to extend the validity even if we are having main balance.

This is really cheating the customer. We are purchasing a product with certain configurations and service, Then without informing the customer or any govt regulations, they are changing the policy as per their wish after the date of purchase. We want Justice from vodafone.
