I have been using my idea sim for more than 8 years. When idea intriduced an offer of life time validity for the sim, i used that service.they told me that my sim card is then of life time validity.

Today,my outgoing calls are blocked, when i contacted my customer service,they told me that the validity of my connection is expired. I had done the offer for lifetime validity. Then how can be this possible? This is injustice and they fooled millions of their customers.

I here by request you to take very strong actions against these culprits.
