- On 8th January, 2021, at 5 P. M. my airtel sim was out of network area. After restarting the phone and even after changing mobile networks, I couldn’t reach AirTel Network Sevice.
- After that, I went to AirTel store located at Namdhari Chamber, Karol Bagh, Delhi – 110005. The executive present there filed a request for sim swap/replacement. He captured three images of mine and three images of my AADHAR Card. He informed that the new sim will be activated in four hours i.e., around 9:00 P. M.
- Exactly after one hour of that request, I received rejection message for that request on my alternate number which was duly registered by that executive at the time of raising request.
- I again went to the store and another executive raised one more request after taking my images and images of my AADHAR Card and he then informed that the sim will be activated after four hours from then i.e., around 11:P.M.
- I checked the sim on next morning, that is on 9th January, 2021, and the sim was still not activated even after 15-16 hours.
- I want my sim activated immediately and want to file a serious complaint against that executive and that AirTel store for misusing my credentials and not using my details for which they raised requests.
- I request you to look into the matter and resolve my issue.
