As my sim suddenly disappeared the network in my mobile and i am not able to make any calls & messages. So I
reached the VI store,DonkaRoad ,Guntur. One of the customer care executive Ms. Renuka said that i have to pay
Rs. 150/- for sim replacement as per company policy, I said, I am ready to pay Rs.150/- if you show me the company
written policy about sim replacement charges is Rs150/-.
Please respond as soon as possible.
If sim replacement is free or i have to pay Rs.150/- with proper company letter.
