i have ported my number (9873083086) from Jio to Vodafone. after 15 days i got the message that your local address is invalid and my incoming and outgoing service has stopped working. i talked to customer care they said submit your local address again and you service will be activated. i have visited vodafone mini store for submitting document but store personal said from mini store this is not possible to activate pls. visit main store near to me there is no main store its away to 50km. pls. help how i can do.
if i mail my address scan copy then service activation is possible or not.
or i wants to go in Jio again what is process for that.
