Dear sir /mam namaste I am Rohit from haldwani, uttrakhand recently from pune. my complain is 1 month back I have lost my prepaid sim at Pune only but sim is of uttrakhand so I apply from uttrakhand only so they don’t allow me to take a new prepaid sim and second thing is now they are giving me prepaid sim I also have talked to customer care they told you can change from prepaid to postpaid after 1 month I also talk with other network as well all other network has this facility but I don’t know what is wrong with Airtel they told me I have to use and pay bill for 4 month then only they will change my sim I am so much disappointed with Airtel this time as I am using Airtel from a long years ago and I never had expected this kind of wrost service from Airtel . I buy that sim from teekoniya haldwani Airtel store in uttrakhand . You should improve your service and give some attention on customer satisfaction and comfort more than looking your profit and I am not going to pay 400rs per month for no use
