It’s been more than 3 weeks, I am unable to avail airtel services on my phone.
1. Tried sim in different handset.
2.As per the advise by airtel cc I changed my sim through a local service provider,re registered, my sim worked for 2 days and again, there is no service.
3. Trying to reach airtel app, but then OTP
4. Dial toned complaint through phone is off from customer care side, not able to even complain the issue.
During this Pandemic where we are under lockdown ,I can’t even able to recieve make calls. I have been trying to reach and talk since 3 days but stuck within airtel customer care loophole. Not even able to talk to customer care. Kindly, look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.
