I have ported my Mob no: 9900419667 from Vodafone to Airtel and I have received a message from Airtel(AX-AIRCLB)saying that
Dear Customer, your porting request for mobile no. 9900419667 to Airtel has been validated by Vodafone (GSM). The number will be ported-in to Airtel by 2018-09-27 00:03:00.76.
As mentioned in the message Vodafone has disconnected the network on 27 Oct and Airtel has not yet activated their sim. It’s been 14 days I’m living without any network.
I CALLED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT FOR LAST 14 DAYS AND ALL THE 14 DAYS I GOT MANY FAKE PROMISES SAYING IT WILL GET ACTIVATED BY END OF THE DAY.
14 days over and Airtel haven’t solved the issues.
I’M NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY ONLINE/BANKING TRANSACTION, AIRTEL PUT ME A WORST SITUATION AND MADE BIG LOSS.
I felt Vodafone customer care service is far far better than Airtel. I’m regretting now for jumping Vodafone to Airtel.
yesterday I got a mail from Airtel stating that it will get activated by Oct 12, 2018. I have waited for 14 days again I will not able to wait for 3 more days.
Requesting you to take necessary action against Airtel for this negligence.
