Text of Complaint by Udhav Dubey:

I was network issue so I visited to Vodafone gallery (Virar west) and over there Vodafone guy told told me to go for port and change your region from Mumbai to Maharashtra then your problem will be solved. I accepted the offer and I also mention that I work in Hyderbad and today I’ll be leaving for hyderabad. After 5 days he told me to change your old sim to new sim cause your new sim has been activated. When I entered new sim got notification saying that SIM is not provisioned and called him and informed. He informed me that you might not be putting the sim properly. I tired many times and after that I told him. He then informed me that your sim is of Maharashtra it will only get activated in Maharashtra then I said to him that you should have informed me earlier before porting.

He suggested me to go gallery and get a new sim replacement. I went to Madhapur (Hyderbad) vodafone gallery they tried their best and failed. They gave me a new sim in replacement for the new one but still my sim has not been activated.

The process started from 23 April and from 26 April my vodafone sim is not working till now.

Wrote mail to vodafone, went many times to vodafone gallery and also wrote twitter many times but all failed.
