I am a post paid dongle user of Airtel. “KRISHNA TELECOM’ at Sarat Bose Road. Kol-25. asked to buy a New Sim, to get much higher internet speed. On 13.03.20 they give me a SIM with # 9903846160, at a price of Rs. 300/- MR # 7134. and promise to install it after address proff checking. Address proff checking done after 2 days. For lock down, SIM has not been installed yet.
Now when the lock down is over, and after repeated phone to Krishna Telecom they are not either taking the call or cut the phone after listening my complain without any answer!!!!!!!
Looking forward for your earliest action.
