Without any intimation from the operator my VI sim deactivated on afternoon 28th June 2022 which I was used for almost 10 years. Even after my repeated complaint through telephonic conversation and web chat they not done anything. Atlast i collect replacement sim from my nearest vi store and they told me that the new sim will activated after two hours and within 24 hours everything will be resolved. But after 24 hours the sim is neither activated nor my issue resolved. Being a banker that one is my official number and i am unable to do my duties without any fail. And also unable to transact funds which was only done through online banking. And now also the sim is in deactivated status. I need the componsation for official matters and personal one
