Hello Team,

I have changed my network from Tata Docomo to jio recently and the portability was successful.After using the jio service for more than 2 months suddenly the service was deactivated without any intimation.

When I have visited the jio store and they could not solve the query and said me to vist the service Center where my experience was worst till date.

After waiting for more than 2 hours they said your verification was not done successfully then when the Portibility was successful and my number was activated if the verification was not done properly.

When I asked them what was the issue they said the store forget to take back side print of the election card which was submitted as an proof also I have submitted Adhar Card.

But when I enquire they have recently migrated from digital verification to from due to some norms.

So without prior intimation my SIM card was deactivated which was a huge loss for me.

I have missed all my business calls and could not do any bank transactions etc.

Have to keep on taking follows to the jio team and the answer was we are working on this we will answer shortly and kept giving false hope.

Even when contacted the service Center about the status the guy said it’s a service request you have to come to the Center and enquiry for which I have to leave all the work and go there and listen to the false promises in which my fault was 0% still I have to suffer.

I have contacted the social media team on twitter of jio but the query was unanswered.

I guess they are not aligned with the department and were doing formalities by calling and saying the same words”we escalated this to the higher management and this will be taken care of from here onwards and we will keep you posted on the same” but this never happened.

They never came back till date from last week with the answers and when I have contacted them each time they said the same.

The number of jio was 9595936999 and my alternate number is 9987037036.

They were not trying to understand the loss and the inconvenience that I have been through and I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

I request you to please call me on my alternate number and it would be great If I had a word with some authority which can take some action because in a service industry this kind of negligence will not be tolerated and the inconvenience caused to the customer.
