Text of Complaint by MIthlesh Kumar:

I paid my previous bill on 11th Jan for my number (9916700384) and from 25th Jan my SIM got deactivated without any prior notice to me. I kept this number for my kids in case of emergency to reach us. It’s been one week I am doing follow up and still no response and activation of my SIM. Daily it’s has become my job to call the customer care executive and everytime they give me false commitment that it will get activate in 30 mins. Yesterday again one executive gave the same assurance with Request number : 389190412. But it’s already mote than 30 mins and still my SIM is in deactivated mode.

Just now I called and they said he Request number : 201974071 (*which I got yesterday at 4 :15 – 4:30 PM) is not valid. There is no request number against my complaint. So surprising, the customer care people are cheating their customer by giving false request and customer number. They deactivate the SIM even paying the bill on time and every time they are saying there is due. When I am not be able to use my number then from where the due has came.
