I have ported my sim from jio to vi postpaid the number is 8319136490 in September 2022 the agent come to my home for further process and he filled the wrong address…. After 6 days an address verifying agent called me for address verification since the address was wrong the verification didn’t completed and on the evening my sim services was barred..from mid September to mid October i have been to the vi store for address change and sim activation but they didn’t helped me and i got the first month bill 558 rupees i paid it….. After another visit the vi store executive destroyed my sim card saying that the number is barred and services are disconnected he told me that i have to pay the bill of the present month which I paid of 824 rupees…. Now it’s been two months after all this things and i got 1672 rupees bill and they were asking me to pay for the services which I haven’t used i didn’t have the sim also….. It was the jabalpur vi store located near shastri bridge napier town jabalpur…
