- We have more than 8 post paid vodafone mobile connection in the name of our firm (Atlanta cable vision) Last month ( April last week) Vodafone company send a staff to our office and they are upgraded 3 connection sim to 4G. They also informed our office after half an hour the new sim will be activated, the except one (9388870219) sim all activated, after two three hours we informed the person who came our office regarding the issue, he call back after some time and told put old sim back and when the old sim is deactivated that time put New SIM. 04-05-2018 old SIM deactivated and put new sim, but sim is blocked and showing message ‘Registration failed’ . We complaint to the same person but not solved our issue, then we are regularly complaint to same person and also to the complaint numbers of vodaVoda (9846098460 and 198 ). Very unfortunately still this number is not working and the company is not take any action to solve our issue. And the same time they are not giving a complaint registration number also for us
