I’m writing this to express my frustration against the service from Vodafone.
Last Monday all of sudden my SIM Card (9742420999) which is registered in the name of Rakesh Pattanaik got blocked without no reason, Every time I have paid bills before the due time as a sincere customer.
Due to my health issue, I cannot travel to any Vodafone store for the reconnection, So I had sent my brother with the original required docs and an authorization letter. Even I got a new SIM card against the old one and the store manager commit to activate the SIM card within 4 hours. But in the late evening I got a call from the store manager saying that, Docs are not sufficient enough to activate the new SIM card as it was submitted by a third party. To validate my situation, I sent my Medical certificate to the Store Manager and request him to activate ASAP and It has been more than 3 days SIM is not yet activated. Now neither Store manager or CC considering my situation.
