A standing order of £37.51 was set up on October 3rd 2020 a sim only card.
The service was never used, not even once because it never worked.
All efforts to make it work failed. However, Vodafone continued to take money from my bank account.
I had to ask my bank in August this year to stop the standing order.
I am now waiting for Vodafone Company to do a honourable thing and give back to me all the money taken from my bank account over the months with interest. This is what I expect Vodafone to do instead of threatening me with bailiffs for stopping you to continue taking my money for the service you do not render. I expect a company like yours to be a company to be emulated.
