- I have raised a complaint that I’m not getting any network in my number since the 21/04/2019. I was told that it was due to some technical problem that I’m facing the issue. And was told that it will get resolved latest by the 26/04/2019 18:00:00. But after I found out that it’s still not working, I contacted the customer helpline again but I was told that I’ll have to wait again for another week for the issue to get resolved. So how can I be accept this. I’m not able to use my mobile and that too being my official number. I’m paying my bills on time. I’m facing a lot of problems at present. My previous complaint number was 595563892 which was closed but without a solution. And today, they have raised another complaint for their end with the number 596460416. So kindly help me this as I’m facing a lot of problems. Also, at the end of the month, I’ll have to pay my regular bill which is 299 per month, without getting to use the services.
