I was facing Network issue from Jan 2019. and for that i continuously asked idea customer care for help. after several request one day one customer care executive gave me a suggestion to exchange the sim form IDEA galary. so on 20th feb i went to near by IDEA galary and did the sim exchange process for that the galary executive took my photo and ID prof and uploaded on IDEA server. for these process they deducted 50 Rs from my account. and told me that the process is done your sim will be activated within 5 Hours. but after 5 hours i received one message saying that 50 rs credited back to my account as the sim exchange cannot be processed and to visit the Idea service center again. ever since then my sim is not active. and due to this my 500 rs recharge is going vest. I want my sim activated and deta amount refunded for more then 30 days.
