Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife is having the VodafoneIdea prepaid connection. From 20-01-2022 evening onwards her sim card is not working. I went directly to the VI store and informed them, and they were instructed to change the new sim, but the proof holder must come to the VI store to get the sim card. Unfortunately my wife is in the maternity stage and right now we are having a 2-weeks older baby. Doctors are advised to avoid travelling. As of now, a direct visit to the VI store is a little bit difficult for us. Hence kindly give the needful suggestion to change the new sim card.
