Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Vishwajit Parida hold an airtel number 7738670182, from past few weeks airtel connection was not working properly network was going and coming but from past two days it is totally dead. hence myself visited the airtel gallery in bandra west near lucky hotel, they have replaced my sim with an new one for the payment of Re25/- plus they also stated that your sim validity is going to expire in the month of December 2018 hence requested to do an recharge of Re.89/- so that validity is extended for 15 years.
they also committed that your connection will be reactivated after 4 hours but till morning the also network bar were not present and sim card was not activated.
morning again visited the same gallery in bandra west they also check and the same problem occurs hence they requested that they will email the issue and the number will be activated till evening and they will give an call for confirmation, but sorry to say they not will brother to call plus they behave very rudely. some problem is still not resolved.
