I ordered new sim card on date 12 January and it’s been 10 days and still they don’t deliver the sim card. I’ve been calling for queries everyday but they’re not solving this issue. Help me my Vi Order DCHD12012419531

    New Numbar 9930050775 and order id DCHD04012453444 Name of Bijal A patadia (wife)

    I apply for new SIM card from Vodafone app on date 04.01.2024 showing our executive our cell and cnf the kyc for this number then delivery to your doorstep i am waiting one week there are no cell no any SMS are for verification after 2 days give customers number dial other say full name and number to Vodafone customer support he saying me wait 24 hours our executive contacted to you I say ok angane 1 week see same thing going on like this I go Vodafone gallery on 18.01.23 i spoke with madam say same thing wait for refund for 48hr ok

    Again visit gallery on 25.01.24 meet with Ansari I say not now i want this sim please Refund my Amount 299/- debit on 04.01.2024 he say I forwarded my back tema mr alok. Again this week I cell and saying your order I’d DCHD04012453444 not found our system please wait I will confirmation 3day till day not any confirmation come and now not pickup the Phone now
