Dear CEO,
My no 7829292904 i had received a SMS on 24 March 2022 stating number will be deactivated due to DOT non compliance so i called cc i.e. 198. An executive informed to ignore that message as it was not necessary and important to submit documents as my documents proper hence i believed but on saturday i.e. 26th Mar 2022 no was deactivated completely.
when visited store they said to submit documents I submitted same day in VI yelahanka store they took 48 hrs for activation but its almost 3 days number not yet activated yelahanka store people are asking for deposit and INR-5000 for getting my no back.
why should i pay for my number to take back i was resolution asap.
