Text of Complaint by Madhusmita bhoi:

  • I have recently buy a new airtel sim card after activation I am unable to get Internet service. Also in Airtel thanks app my customer ID is incorrect.
  • Airtel is unable to provide service .
  • Airtel thanks app only give the answer of the given queries.
  • Airtel customers are unable to contact with customer care.
